Use case

Your salespeople talk through their meeting, the CRM fills itself in

A salesperson comes out of a meeting, gets back in the car and heads to the next one. By evening, nothing is in the CRM: not the contact, not the deal in progress, not the follow-up due in three months. It isn't laziness: they're paid to sell. So they talk the meeting through out loud, the assistant drafts the records, and they approve with one click.

  1. The rep talksMeeting, voice note, message.
  2. The assistant draftsContact, deal, reminder, email.
  3. The rep approvesOr corrects it in a sentence.
  4. The CRM is up to dateWith a record of who approved.

Nothing is written to your CRM until step 3 has happened.

Sound familiar?

If two of these sentences get said in your company, this process is costing you money every week.

How we do it

  1. The salesperson talks, wherever they are

A video call, a voice note on the way out of a meeting, a quickly typed message. It all goes through the tools your teams already have open: Teams, WhatsApp, your internal chat. Nothing to install, no extra screen.

  2. The assistant drafts the records

It picks out the contact, the company, the deal and the follow-up date. It checks your CRM for what already exists, so it updates the right record instead of creating a duplicate. It also drafts the follow-up email and the reminder.

  3. The salesperson approves, then the CRM is updated

They get the proposals one at a time, with the before and after for every change. They approve, correct in a sentence (“make that reminder 15 January”) or dismiss. Nothing enters the CRM without that click, and you always know who approved what.

The assistant decides nothing and sends nothing on its own: it drafts, the salesperson approves. That's why teams adopt it. A tool that writes to the CRM without their say-so gets bypassed within a fortnight. And everything stays in your CRM, not in yet another piece of software.

A rough order of magnitude

No prospect forgotten for lack of a follow-up: each one is logged and dated

= 20% more business, with the same team

15 salespeople × 5 meetings a week × 8 min of typing

= 10 hours of sales time a week

An estimate, not a measurement: these are starting assumptions, not a result obtained somewhere else. Swap the numbers for yours — that's exactly where the audit starts.
