Stop renting your purchasing software
A services group operating in 30 countries rented its purchasing software, paying per user. More than 3,000 people used it a few times a year and never found their way around. And every country had to squeeze its own approval rules into a tool that wasn't built for them. The group decided to have its own tool: we built it around the way it works, connected it to its ERP and installed it in its own cloud.
- Someone makes a requestIn two minutes, from any country.
- The tool sends it to the right approverBy amount and country.
- The manager approvesNothing goes out without it.
- Order, invoice, paymentMatched automatically, gaps flagged.
Nothing is ordered until step 3 has happened.
Sound familiar?
If two of these sentences get said in your company, this process is costing you money every week.
- You pay a per-user licence for people who place three orders a year.
- Purchase requests get lost between two approvers, and nobody knows where they stand.
- Someone still checks by hand that the invoice matches the order, line by line.
- Every new subsidiary wants its own approval flow, and the vendor answers with a quote.
How we do it
We write down your approval rules
Who requests, who approves, above which amount, in which country: we set those rules with your purchasing and finance teams, and the tool applies them. If a rule changes, we change a setting. No new project needed.
Everything happens in one tool
Requesters raise a request in two minutes. Approvers get what they need to approve. Purchasing places the order, and suppliers upload their invoice to their own space. The tool checks that request, order and invoice match, and only shows accounting the discrepancies.
It plugs into your ERP, and it's yours
Suppliers, items and accounts stay in your ERP: the tool reads them there, without creating duplicates. It runs in your own cloud, under your security rules. The code is yours: no licence to pay, and you keep it if you change provider.
The maths is simple: a licence is paid every year, a tool built once sits on your balance sheet. And when a country changes its approval rules, you don't renegotiate with a vendor: we change a setting.
