Use case

Property prospecting without hunting for who to call

Prospecting is two jobs: finding who to call, then calling. The first eats the whole morning and brings in nothing on its own. That's the one we automate.

Sound familiar?

If two of these sentences get said in your company, this process is costing you money every week.

How we do it

  1. We gather the sources you already use

Private listings, portals, public records, and your own file of past contacts, often the most profitable and the least used.

  2. We filter on your criteria

Area, property type, price, how long the listing has been up, history with you. What doesn't fit never reaches the agent. And the criteria sharpen based on what ends up signing.

  3. The agent opens the day's list

For each contact, they see why it's there and what's already been said. What they learn in the field goes into the tool, not a notebook.

Prospecting means handling personal data. Every source is documented, we check it can lawfully be used, and anyone who doesn't want to be contacted is removed from the first exchange. A list built any other way is one you couldn't use.

A rough order of magnitude

1.5 h of searching a day × 4 agents × 220 days

= 1,320 hours a year finding who to call

An estimate, not a measurement: these are starting assumptions, not a result obtained somewhere else. Swap the numbers for yours — that's exactly where the audit starts.
