On your own you pay list price for everything: model APIs, cloud, GPU, the daily tooling. A group negotiates. That is what we are putting together — frontier model APIs, cloud and GPU, observability, a vector store, orchestration, CI. Whatever we get, you get, whether you are on a mission or not.
